The team removed all the existing render due to its poor condition. We then installed a two coat render system with reinforced mesh to all existing blockwork and brick worK. Also removing the expermet and timber lath above the front windows. We then installed new timbes counter batterned fixed a CPB with a two coat render system with mesh. All substrates was then primed,textured with 1.5mmm colour standard white and a facade protector was applied to all the new facade.
Having seen the product I was after on a local university building, I contacted the supplier direct. Jason came highly recommended as one of their registered contractors. From the initial site visit through to the final walk around Jason and his team were fantastic. Everything was explained at each stage of the project, so that I understood what was happening and why. To watch the transformation from exposed 1930s brickwork to the crisp white finish they achieved, is so rewarding. The building is now good for another 80 years. I have already recommended them to several friends.
